Fjällbrygg Kaffe started in 2023 as a hobby in a garage in Göteborg. Today we are a team of four, roasting twice a week and shipping across Sweden.
We buy from farms we can name, pay above market price and roast every batch to order. We think good coffee should be honest, simple and a little bit slow.
