A new roaster arrives in the workshop

After two years of roasting on a small 2 kg machine, a 5 kg drum roaster was lifted through the workshop window this week. It took four people, a lot of coffee and one very cautious forklift.

What changes

More consistent batches, more roast days and a little more space on the shelves. What does not change: we still roast to order, still buy from the same small farms and still answer every email ourselves.
